When you submit the form, the information you have entered is transmitted to and processed by that service in order to deliver your enquiry to us by email. Your information is handled in accordance with that provider’s own terms and privacy practices in addition to this policy.

Enquiry information is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence addressed to the organisation. Enquiries are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to and manage the correspondence.
